After you send it
We call you back to clarify your request, then arrange a visit if needed to examine the stone. You then receive a free, detailed quote in Swiss francs (CHF).
Before you request your quote
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Reviewing your request, the phone call, any visit and the quote in Swiss francs are all free and without obligation. The quote sets out the planned stages and the intended finish, so you can decide with full knowledge of the facts, whether you are a homeowner, a property management agency or the manager of business premises.
Why attach photos to my request?
Photos are optional, but they let us see the condition of the marble, the type of stone and the extent of scratches or stains. Take one overall view and one close-up, ideally in natural light. This lets us give you initial guidance when we call back and prepare the visit as well as possible.
Do you work for property management agencies and PPEs?
Yes. We work for homeowners as well as property management agencies and PPEs (condominiums), hotels, offices and boutiques. For a building lobby or staircase, we organise the work with the agency and the caretaker, with suitable hours to minimise disruption for residents.
