From Geneva’s Old Town to Nyon
Les Traitements du Sud · Geneva works throughout the city of Geneva, in the Geneva municipalities along the lake and in the countryside, and on the Vaud side across Terre Sainte as far as Nyon. Each area has its own page, covering its types of interior, its access constraints and the questions we are asked most often there.
The services are the same everywhere: marble polishing, crystallization, grinding, repair, stain removal, sealing and maintenance, with a free visit and quote in Swiss francs.
Marble lives differently from one sector to the next: heavy footfall in city halls, de-icing salt and grit in entrances in winter, sand carried in from lakeside gardens, hard water in bathrooms. That is why each area page describes the situations we actually encounter there.

What sets each group of areas apart
City of Geneva
From the Old Town and Bourg-de-Four to Eaux-Vives, Champel, Florissant-Malagnou and the Right Bank, the city is home to the apartment-building halls of the nineteenth-century ring of boulevards, grand flats, hotels, banks and boutiques. Here we mostly treat busy common areas and reception floors, often outside opening hours.
Geneva municipalities
On the left bank, Cologny, Vandœuvres, Collonge-Bellerive, Anières, Chêne-Bougeries, Carouge and Veyrier; on the right bank, Genthod, Bellevue and Versoix. Hillside or lakeside villas, manor houses, Carouge’s Sardinian-era town: interiors are varied and call for a tailored approach.
Terre Sainte and Nyon
In the canton of Vaud: Coppet and its historic centre, the Terre Sainte municipalities and the town of Nyon. Estates, villas, period houses and offices: we apply the same methods and the same terms as in Geneva.
How we organise our travel
We group visits and projects by sector: the city, the left bank and its municipalities, then the right bank running from Bellevue to Nyon. This lets us offer prompt visit slots and plan regular maintenance visits with no hassle for you.
Before each job, we agree access, parking and timings with you, your property manager or your house manager. Our equipment is compact: it fits into lifts, up Old Town staircases and along the lanes of Coppet alike. In hotels, offices and boutiques we work in the evening, overnight or at weekends.

My municipality isn’t listed. Can you still come?
Very probably. The area pages show the sectors where we work most often, but we cover the whole canton of Geneva and the nearby Vaud shore. Call or write to us with your address and we will quickly let you know what we can do.
Are the terms the same in the canton of Vaud?
Yes. In Coppet, Terre Sainte and Nyon, the visit and quote are free and priced in Swiss francs, and we use exactly the same methods as in Geneva. Only the schedule takes account of our right-bank rounds.
How long does it take to arrange a visit?
It depends on the time of year and the sector, but we can generally offer an appointment at short notice. If you send a few photos with your first message, we can already give you an initial view before the visit.
Can you look after several properties in different areas?
Yes. For a property manager, an owning family or a business with several addresses, we provide a quote per property and a shared maintenance schedule, grouping visits by sector for greater efficiency.
